Standard includes floors, railings, sliding-door tracks, drain inspection/clearing and up to three exterior glass panels. Deep adds heavier buildup treatment and up to six exterior glass panels, subject to assessed condition and safe access. Additional exterior glass is CAD 15 per panel before tax. Interior glass is excluded. Specialist contamination work and any extras require assessment and an agreed quote.

Wall cleaning and furniture cleaning may be available depending on the condition of the surfaces. These services may require additional time and can be quoted as an extra service during the estimate.

We primarily use professional pressure washing equipment designed for balcony surfaces. In some areas such as corners or delicate spots, manual cleaning tools may be used to ensure safe and thorough cleaning.

Yes. We normally require access to water from the bathroom sink. Our pressure washer has an automatic suction system that connects to the tap. We also use the bathroom toilet to dispose of dirty water when necessary. If anything becomes wet during the process, we clean and leave the area as we found it.
