Review the available options and price for your space before booking. The condition and size of the balcony may affect the work required. Tell us about your space Share the balcony size, surface condition and access details. If you are unsure which option fits, request a quote and include photos if available. Plan your visit Review the booking details and preparation requirements before your appointment. Let us know about building access or strata requirements that may affect the visit. Booking and changes
Cancellations: You can cancel online at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling: You can reschedule online at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you need help inside either cutoff, contact Halo Cleaning at info@halocleaningservices.ca or +1 236-863-2470. Deposits and payment: Balcony cleaning requires a CAD 100 deposit when booking online. Move-in / move-out cleaning does not require a deposit; payment is made in person. Review the service price and payment details before confirming. Exterior cleaning is priced by quote; a free quote is not a free cleaning service. Access: Please make the property and cleaning area accessible at the scheduled service time. Contact us if access arrangements change. Pricing and conditions: Service duration and final pricing may vary with the condition and size of the space. Any additional work and its price will be discussed with you before proceeding. Weather and safety: We may need to reschedule services because of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you and arrange another appointment at no extra cost.
